#9 Finding Feeds

Now I went into each of the search tools listed and explored...... and explored..... and explored.

Mmmmm it was interesting, well sought of.... I'm not jumping for joy!!!

I really liked Topix and found that easy to use and also Bloglines was pretty straight forward.
Feedster was out of action for an update and a new look so I wasn't able to try it. I'll get back to it after my swim with Harry!

Through Bloglines I was able to find a news feed on my Harry through BBC and found lots of delightful information.

Ok I must bid you farewell for now as I need to shimmy into my swim suit.

#8 RSS Feeds

Well to tell you the truth I didn't like this exercise much and truthfully I really found it a total bore! Boring, boring, boring......

But to be fair I can see the usefullness of RSS feeds.... for people who have no life and plan their Saturday nights in a dark room in front of them!!

No really I'm gonna be serious now... RSS feeds can be handy even though I can't find a use for them myself. I guess it's pretty good having all your intrests and selected feeds delivered to your door.

So anyways I joined up with Bloglines and subscribed to a few things......

#7 Blog about Technology

One thing that I find really usefull at the moment is being able to convert all my music as MP3 files on the computer and burn them onto a disc.

It's great how I can just create folders and folders of music and burn them all on to one disc to play in my car or should I say on my broomstick. It sure beats carrying 50 million CDs!

And another thing, when I want to add more folders to that disc I can just do so. All just by not finalising the disc when I burn onto it.

Now I can put all my Ravenclaw albums on to one cd.... isn't that amazing!!!!

#6 More Flickr Fun

I have just come from a visit to the land of BigHugeLabs.
There I was able to create this wonderful movie poster for my upcoming blockbuster hit starring Harry and myself of course.

I found it awesome how one can just create a movie poster or practically anything else that your little heart desires. And from there I was also able to send it to my Flickr site.
